Cancellation Policy

1. Canceling an order before shipping

The customer can cancel the order free of charge, until the product has been shipped.

2. Cancellation after shipping

If the product has already been shipped:

the order is treated as a return,

the buyer bears the return costs (except in case of seller's error).

3. Cancellation by Seller

The seller can cancel the order due to:

product unavailability,

incorrect customer data,

technical errors.

In this case, the customer is automatically refunded the full amount.
