Refund Policy

1. Introduction

This Return Policy defines the rights of customers regarding the return of products purchased through the PrimeLoop24 platform, in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection of Montenegro.

2. Right of refund

The customer has the right to return the product within 14 days from the day of receipt, without giving reasons, provided that:

the product has not been used more than necessary to determine the correctness,

the product is in original condition,

there is original or adequate packaging.

3. Non-returnable products

Refunds are not available for:

custom made products,

hygiene products (open earphones, razors, etc.),

perishable goods,

digital products after activation.

4. Refund procedure

The customer initiates the request through the application or email:

info@primeloop24.shop

The seller is obliged to respond to the request within 8 days.

5. Refunds

Seller refunds:

in the same way as the payment was made,

within 14 days of refund approval,

after returning the product.

Shipping is non-refundable, except in case of seller's error.

6. Return costs

Return costs are borne by the buyer, except:

if the product is faulty,

damaged,

incorrectly described.
