GENERAL TERMS OF USE

1. Introduction

These General Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the use of the PrimeLoop24 marketplace platform, including applications for buyers, sellers and suppliers. By using the platform, you accept all the conditions stated in this document.

If you do not agree to the terms, please do not use the platform.

2. Definitions

Buyer – natural person or legal entity who buys products.

Seller – a person or company that offers products on the platform.

Supplier / Supplier – the person or company that delivers the product.

Platform / Application – PrimeLoop24 digital marketplace owned by 3D Home doo.

3. Account registration

By registering, you confirm that all information is correct.

3D Home doo reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account that violates the terms or contains false information.

4. Contractual relationship

3D Home doo is not the owner of the goods on the platform and is not responsible for:

product quality,

accuracy of description,

correctness of the warranty,

behavior of sellers.

The transaction takes place exclusively between the buyer and the seller.

5. Prices and Payments

All sellers are responsible for price accuracy.

The platform can charge commission to sellers in accordance with the agreed plan.

6. Delivery

Delivery is performed by the seller or delivery partner.

Delivery time may vary depending on location, type of goods and availability.

7. Returns and complaints

The customer has the right to complain in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection of Montenegro.

The seller is obliged to process the complaint within the legal term.

8. Prohibited Activities

It is forbidden to:

publication of illegal products

copyright infringement

using a cheat app

manipulation of reviews

opening fake accounts

9. Liability

3D Home doo is not responsible for:

damage caused by the use of the product,

delivery delay,

loss of profit,

application interruption due to technical difficulties.

10. Data Privacy

All personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

3D Home doo has the right to change the Terms.

The user will be notified via the application or e-mail.

12. Jurisdiction

The court in Montenegro is competent for all disputes, according to the laws of Montenegro.
